Sean and Mario came to our rescue all the way from Kansas City, even though we’re in Iowa. After an extreme toilet flooding situation (yes… Taco Bell was involved 😅), our bathroom floor was completely soaked and we were panicking.

They showed up quickly, were professional and reassuring, and were able to fully dry out the floor and save our bathroom. What could’ve been a total disaster turned into a huge relief.

Very great company!! The gentleman that we dealt with, David, is a very great communicator, very patient and walked me through all of the steps of restoration. Power Dry sent David out the same day I called within the hour. He came in and immediately asked what he could help me with. David wasted no time in making sure our problems were met with a solution. David also helped me with my insurance company and what to expect and helped me stay calm in this unfortunate, accidental event. Just amazing all around!! Highly, highly recommend!!

The team was incredibly nice and did their job according to their training, however I will not be returning to this company for my business anytime in the future. We had a plumbing leak in our kitchen that resulted in wet floors/subfloor. Power Dry was able to get out the same day to begin the drying process. My MAIN concern was mold, as my children are immunocompromised and very sensitive to any kind of overgrowth. I asked multiple team members about this process and they said verbatim, “There will be no mold; that is our guarantee”. They sprayed an anti microbial and started the drying process. Unfortunately there was no containment of the area or any Air Scrubbers used and there was mold in the wall cavity from the leaking water. Because the mold wasn’t treated, spores were blown all over our house. All three of my kids broke out in sores the following day. I contacted the team immediately and they were unable to give me answers as they don’t directly do mold testing. I hired Blue Sky Inspections to test the area and our home which all came back positive for mold. We then had to pack up and leave the house for 24hours to get everything remediated. I contacted management to see if we could get any reimbursement as their team guaranteed there would be no mold and they responded with it was not their liability. So we ended up spending an additional $3k to fix the mold on top of the $3k we paid them for their drying services. If you have ANY reserve about mold, I would NOT use this company. If you are certain all you need is drying, they could be a good option.

Power Dry was on site to mitigate a mold issue after a water valve leaked in our laundry room while we were on vacation. They arrived promptly and reviewed the issue with us fully explaining the procedures. Adam performed the cleanup in two rooms one day with no disturbance to the remainder of the house. Final inspection and air quality indicated no further mold issues

Let me just say how organized, professional and courteous everyone at PowerDry was. Having a water and sewer leak involving multiple areas of my home, was overwhelming. Rod, Seth and the team got to work right away and kept me informed of their progress with removing flooring & sheet rock along with sanitizing the affected areas. Rod did a great job of explaining the process, and answering my questions. I've had experience with mitigation vendors from previous water leaks, so I was familiar with the process. My experience with PowerDry was like night and day compared to the other mitigation company. I've recommended them to my HOA, family and friends. Call them, you won't be disappointed!

Brett, Elijah, Marvin, Brent, and Taylor in Topeka Kansas came out from power dry and did an amazing job getting everything taken care of.
We have had 2 flooding events in our home over the last few years and of the 2 services we have used, they have been the absolute best.

Documentation of the remediation progress was also completely on point compared to other companies.

After a horrifying discovery of a burst water line, I contacted my insurance agent who recommended Power Dry, the best advice I could get. Power Dry was at my house within 90 minutes starting the cleanup and drying process. Brian, Seth and Vershaun were awesome along with all of the other employees who came daily to check on the drying. As a company owner myself and treating my customers as I would treat my own mother, this company didn’t fall short on that either. I received three bids and Power Dry was the only company prepared to make a bid, and evaluate the damage with the proper tools. Not only were they prepared to evaluate the damage, but they came with another box truck prepared to take the work. PJ was the evaluator and did a phenomenal job. He worked meticulously, and was not afraid to get his side of the job done. Noah, was the cleaner who came in with the equipment to tackle the project of cleaning. Noah did exceptional work as well. The Power Dry team was able to come out quickly and give us an estimate and document all our ground water flooding. The water came from a ten inch rain here in Gardner. The whole basement was exposed to water and the carpets squishy soaked. They were here the next day to get the carpets pulled out. They had water extractors, fans and dehumidifiers everywhere pulling out all the moisture in the walls after removing all the base boards. Super service and friendly team. Saved us from serious water damage and mold. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Mitch helped with setting up the clean up for mold after had standing water after bad rain storms. The crew chief Adam explained everything when he got on site and walked me through everything that was going to happen. They cleaned up the basement and treated everything and cleared the basement of mold.

These guys are pros. I had a leak after some plumbing repair. Water running into the subfloor for 8+ hours. Seth and Rod came in and evaluated the situation and had solutions up and running within an hour of arrival. Would definitely hire these guys again in a pinch.

Power Dry promptly answered my call and had an inspector out the same day. PJ was thorough and walked me through the whole estimate. Within the hour, he had a crew out to set up the dehumidifier system. Power Dry uses precision techniques like drilling small holes in the floor board to blow in hot air, minimizing damage to the house. Only one small corner of a wall had to be opened up because the insulation was soaked, and the fans couldn't reach it. This is in contrast to what my parents experienced with a water removal company in PA, where they tore out large portions of the wall, making the restoration process more expensive and time-consuming. Seth and crew did a great job setting up the drying units and cleaning up any mess from the process. Some of the wood trimmings already had mold, and Seth pointed it out before discarding. Their system is designed to be monitored remotely, so they only have to check in person every few days. Overall a very professional company, and I'm happy with the work they're doing.
